The venues at Cattail Creek Country Club

Cattail Creek Country Club is located just under an hour from Washington D.C., and our special event rooms are the perfect setting for any occasion.

Founders Reserve

The Founders Reserve is formally decorated with true country club tradition in mind. This space features ornate decor, a gas fireplace, a lovely view of the Golf Course and pond, and private access to the outside veranda.

Showers, rehearsal dinners, business meetings and birthday celebrations are commonly held in the Founders Reserve.

The approximate capacity of the Founders Reserve is 20-30 for dinner, and 50 for a meeting.

Lower Patio

Events during warmer months will find a lovely home on our Lower Patio that overlooks the stunning Golf Course. A glowing view of the sunset over the pond makes for an amazing background to your special event.

The Lower Patio features tiki torches, a built-in Italian fire pit, electrical hook-up for a DJ or band, and a sound system for satellite radio. Host your entire event on the Lower Patio, or just your cocktail hour before moving indoors, or to an outdoor tent, for dinner.

The Lower Patio can accommodate upwards of 180 people.

Entire Clubhouse

Large events often require use of the entire upper level of the Clubhouse which includes the Founders Reserve and Main Restaurant. The view is a gorgeous panoramic of the Golf Course and the pond on hole 18. If the timing is right, your guests will be pleasantly surprised with a magnificent view of the sun setting behind the pond, that will leave them in awe.

The Clubhouse can accommodate between 120-150 guests depending on dance floor needs. A building-wide state-of-the-art sound system allows for microphone use, DJ, or band. Wireless internet is accessible throughout the Clubhouse.

Pool

Whether you're hosting a party for a child, adult, or a team, your guests are sure to have a blast! Culinary offerings can range from a simple buffet to an elaborate stations dinner.

The full-sized pool is home to the Cattail Creek Crocs Swim Team, and features a diving tank, lane dividers, baby pool, locker rooms, WiFi, and a sound system for satellite radio. Lounge furniture is abundant, and shaded seating is available. Reserve just a special area, or rent the entire pool facility on certain non-peak days.

Pool parties incur additional guest fees, and may require additional lifeguards for evening events.
