Executive Chef, Tom Caswell has been keeping Members’ taste-buds tantalized for 15 years. His commitment to keeping up with current culinary trends is apparent in the menu options. Equally important to Cattail culture, is his ability to appeal to those desiring an upscale dining experience as well as to those who prefer a casual, home-cooking style. Menus are changed seasonally to keep them fresh and exciting.
The Main Restaurant and Bar Area allow for casual dining where children are always permitted and denim is acceptable. The adjacent Cattail Room fosters a more formal dining experience and adheres to a 'special event' dress code that mandates collared shirts for gentlemen and prohibits denim. Children must be at least 13 years old to dine in the Cattail Room with a parent, and 16 years old, to dine unattended.
In addition to the many theme nights listed below, specials can often be found at the bar for Cinco de Mayo, sports playoffs, St. Patrick’s Day and more. Many social events pack the Club's calendar too. Family Nights are held 6-8 times throughout the year with entertainment such as a magician, reptile show, underwater animals show, mad scientist, spooky storyteller, stargazing, and holiday carolers. Adults will enjoy trivia nights, comedians, and more.
Among many other benefits, Cattail Members can reserve rooms in the Club for private family functions and business events, and may also have the Club cater events in their homes providing food, cooking and serving equipment, staff and cooks.
Chef Tom and his staff can accommodate special Member dining requests for dietary needs such as gluten and food allergies, or to prepare a special meal for two for an anniversary celebration. If you can envision it, we can execute it!
