We are pleased to have you as a guest of a Cattail Creek Member! Whether you are attending a golf outing, business meeting, special event, or will simply be enjoying the Pool or Restaurant for the day, the below information should help you to feel right at home while visiting the Club.
A standard golf dress code policy applies to everyone, including children, while on the Golf Course and practice areas. Shirts must remain tucked in at all times and proper golf shoes are required. The changing of clothes and/or shoes must be done in the Locker Rooms located in the Main Clubhouse. Juniors must abide by the same dress code rules as Adults.
Acceptable: slacks, golf skirts and bermuda-length shorts, rain gear, collared shirts, jewel-neck shirts, sleeveless shirts with a shoulder width of at least 3" (women), short-sleeve mock turtle necks with collar height of at least 1 ¼” (men)
Unacceptable: t-shirts, tank tops, tennis shorts, sports jerseys, denim, cut-offs, bicycle/spandex shorts, swimwear, cargo shorts, shorts of less than Bermuda-length, shoes other than golf shoes
The Clubhouse maintains a relaxed dress code that permits denim. However, sports shorts, jerseys, torn denim, and graphic t-shirts are discouraged. Gentlemen are required to remove caps when dining indoors.
The Cattail Room, which is adjacent to the Main Restaurant, aheres to a 'special event' dress code; denim is not permitted, and gentlemen and boys must wear collared shirts with jackets and ties being optional. Children must be 13-years-old to dine in the Cattail Room with adults, and 16-years-old to dine unattended.
Some Club functions also adopt the 'special event' dress code. Please check with your host Member to inquire as to whether your dining experience will require 'special event' apparel.
Tennis shoes are required to play on our Har-Tru courts. Though a "whites" policy is not enforced, proper tennis clothing is required and includes skirts, shorts, dresses, tops, and t-shirts. When dining before or after your match, tennis apparel is permitted at the Pool Cafe, on the Lower Patio, and in the Bar Area of the Restaurant.
Only proper swimwear is permitted in the pools; cargo shorts, denim, and sports shorts are not acceptable. When leaving the immediate pool area, a bathing suit cover-up, and shoes, must be worn. Children who are not toilet trained are not permitted in the Main Pool, and must wear swim diapers in the baby pool.
Cell Phones & Laptops
Cell phones are not permitted on the Golf Course or in the Restaurant. You are welcome to step into any of the common areas, meeting rooms, or outside, to use your cell phone. Complimentary wireless service is available in the Clubhouse and at the Pool. Laptops may be used in the Founder’s Lounge, Meeting Room and the Bar Area of the Restaurant.
Cattail Creek is a non-cash operation; all charges incurred are applied to the host Member’s account. Guests who are members at other clubs, are welcome to take advantage of reciprocal billing, if that club accepts it. The Golf Shop and Restaurant accept Visa and Mastercard payments for an additional administrative fee.
